When you request an order
We receive your name, email address, chosen packages, course quantities, estimated subtotal, short project brief, content-readiness status and any learning-platform details you provide. We use them to assess the project, reply, agree an order and provide the service. Do not include confidential content, learner records or course files in this form.
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Order requests are sent to Formspree for submission storage, spam filtering and email delivery to Euvoca’s Gmail inbox. If you email hello@courseparcel.com, Porkbun forwards it to the same business inbox. These providers process information needed to operate their services, including technical request and security information.
Payment and production
Payment takes place on Stripe’s hosted invoice page after we agree the order. Courseparcel’s website does not collect card details. Your exact order identifies the seller, total and payment terms.
Course files are requested separately after we agree the scope and content-handling process. Before receiving them, we confirm permission for AI-assisted production and private SCORM Cloud testing, who can access the material and the retention/deletion arrangements. The standard service does not accept confidential, personal or compliance-critical training content.
Storage and your choices
Formspree’s current free plan provides 30 days of submission history. Notification emails, relevant correspondence and agreed orders may remain in Euvoca’s business inbox and service records while needed to handle your project, provide support or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. We do not use your inquiry to subscribe you to a newsletter or sell your contact details.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry by emailing us. We may need to retain limited records relating to an actual transaction or an unresolved issue, and will explain that when applicable.
The optional sample
The website sample simulates learning progress in memory while it is open. It does not send a learner result to an LMS or store progress for a future visit. This site does not include advertising trackers. Sample source and any third-party materials retain their stated licence and attribution.
